週末理心緒
生活不盡完美，總有些事惹你傷心或生氣，可以有很多方式抒解，像是運動、看書或找人聊，但只有「哭」能讓情緒徹底釋放。但總不能動不動就哭一場，在工作時刻更是哭不得，這時候電視、電影就得登場了。
帶著這種心情，進戲院看了「經典老爺車」。原本以為是溫馨的片，沒防備的入場，像是忘了帶傘出門，劇情卻是一場綿密的雨，當你發覺身上早已飽含水氣，雖然那雨景頗有詩意，不會讓你後悔，但那深入骨子的濕，讓人連腳步都踏的沈重，出了戲院哭個不停。唉！我可是為了逃掉「班傑明」的沈重，才改看這齣戲的，怎會帶回了恐懼跟傷心呢！幸好永遠都有陽光的戲上演，馬上買了下一場的「購物狂的異想世界」。
雖然購物狂的紫外線強度不如Yes Man，女主角為了掩飾購物而做的蠢事，讓人冷汗直流，但這可是曼哈頓奇緣的甜姐兒呢！（註）你知道太陽公公一定會在她這邊的，就這樣暖暖烘著，心情總算乾了一半。
平日忍著情緒波動，讓我的中醫很煩惱，表面看來平靜，但身體卻幫我受了，頭疼、胸悶有時還全身發癢，每當這些症狀出現，他就左右拐著問我有什麼事發生，好判斷是用藥還是情緒問題。但看書、看電影，卻讓身邊人煩惱了。因為我就會放任自己跟著劇情起伏，常幾個小時哭個不停，但只要我止住了哭，心就平靜了。
但這部經典老爺車後勁太強，即使看了喜劇、讀了小說，甚至佛經都拿出來聽了，但晚上仍是惡夢連連。直到週日，做了臉、逛了街，刷了幾千元的化妝品、喝了一壺完美的熱帶水果茶，終於讓心情稍微平靜。啊！Shopping果然會讓世界變的更美好呀！
註：原來是我認錯了，「購物狂的異想世界」女主角是艾絲拉費雪（Isla Fisher），「曼哈頓奇緣」是艾咪亞當斯（Amy Adams），不過風格實在是超像的，看照片就知道了！
